It was a dream to all of us to open a website of Indian Aerobiological Society. But due to different shortcomings, it was not possible to launch it in due time. Now, we have achieved such aspiration.

It is a great pleasure and privilege for me for the opening of the new WEBSITE of the Indian Aerobiological Society. Now we will be able to access our website at any time for any academic purpose. Henceforward, the “Indian Journal of Aerobiology” will be printed both in the online version as well as in the hard copy. I hope our website would bring together students, scholars, scientists and medical professionals to interact with each other through their publication. The journal would undoubtedly build a platform to share the current research findings being carried out in our country and may throw light on the counteractive measures for problems arising out.

Our sincere thanks are due to all Senior Scientists, Friends and Colleagues of our Society who have extended their help and cooperation in different ways to make this work successfully.

I convey my best regards to Prof. Kashinath Bhattacharya and Dr. Pampa Chakraborty and my students especially Dr. Gaurab Sarkar, Dr. Partha Karak and Mr. Soumyo Subhra Gupta for their constant help without which it would not have been possible for me to complete this colossal task within the stipulated time.
